Midwest Wildlife Connections, LLC will provide you the tools and know-how to complete your business transactions. Bottom line, we are here to make things easy for you.

Midwest Wildlife Connections is based in Missouri. We are an advertising company where Landowners can advertise their land lease for all their hunting and fishing activities. We are a partnership of hunters with over 30 years experience hunting private land throughout the Midwest. Members who wish to acquire a private land lease are all experienced, licensed hunters. Our members must agree to respect the landowner and their property. Our Members must abide by all subject matter in the land lease contract. Additionally, we screen check all members, and our easy to understand contract, makes our Landowners feel safe working with Midwest Wildlife Connections.

We give you the opportunity to operate your land leasing business on your own terms. We are here to assist you and look forward to hearing from you. Midwest Wildlife Connections, LLC offers you, the Landowner, the following services:

  • Advertise on the website at No Cost - A standard word description of your land lease with picture image. The Landowner receives all portions of their land lease fee. No brokerage fee or membership cost is required and you can remove your land lease advertisement at any time. The Landowner is also provided their own email address placement to do business from our website.
  • Operate on Your Own Terms - You set the prices for the hunt. We may give you suggestions and information that may be helpful to your land lease, but all rules and agreements of the land lease are made by the Landowner.
  • We do Criminal Background Checks on all members of Midwest Wildlife Connections who wish to acquire land to hunt. Landowners will feel safe having our members hunt on their property. Our members will earn your trust.
  • With Midwest Wildlife Connections the Landowner decides:
    • - Who is allowed to hunt or fish on his/her property.
    • - What game is allowed to be harvested.
    • - Where they are allowed to hunt or fish. Landowners' designated hunting and fishing areas.
    • - When the lease is provided. (to include dates and times)
    • - How the lessees are allowed to hunt or fish your property.
  • We have your members fill out a Profile Form for the Landowner to view. Photos are suggested in our profile form.

ADVERTISEMENT OPTIONS ABOVE ARE AT NO COST TO THE LANDOWNER


Our Outsourced Email Station is an option that may be of interes to your Land Lease business. This option is for those Landowners who don't want to list their email address on the internet, or don't have a working computer to do business with. The outsourced email station is available through Midwest Wildlife Connections at a low cost of $65/year processing fee. We take care of the land lease requests and periodically mail you a list of respected hunters and fisherman that are members of our hunting club, who wish to obtain a land lease. Please call one of our Midwest stations to obtain this option.

PRIVATE LAND LEASE LIABILITY INSURANCE: OutdoorsInsurance.Com offers coverage through their OIC Hunt Club Insurance Program with $1,000,000 occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate limits and Midwest Wildlife Connections offers a direct link to their website or call 866-695-9040 for information. Our members who lease land to hunt or fish should consider the purchase of a policy and can include the landowner by endorsement as an Additional Insured. Many Landowners will require the coverage as well as be included as an Additional Insured. A one page application needs to be completed and returned with a premium check in order to obtain coverage.
